Diyak Ltd. Slip on Set Screw Stop Collar is single piece Collar. The gripping force is applied by one row of setscrew. It used where high axial loads are expected it tighten the collar to the casing firmly. They slid on the casing pipe without any trouble. It’s easy to install.
These are most effective where low annular clearance is encountered. These Stop Collars undergo a special Phosphate coating process to prevent from Rust then coated with special Polyester Powder they are available in all sizes ranging from 4 ½ “ to 20 ”.

STANDARD: The out side ends of the collar just chamfered to remove sharp edges and the gripping screw are placed on 1/3 part of the collar. |

Specially recommended for Dolfin Brand Solid Centralizers, these Stop Collar have greater gripping force because of bigger Grub Screw. It has holding force more than 3 times to other slip on setscrew stop collars. The out side ends of the collar just chamfered to remove sharp edges and the double gripping screw are placed on mid of the collar. They are available in all sizes ranging from 4 ½” to 20. |
