BJ Type Diverter Valve Packers are made in different sizes i.e. 40″ Dia x 6″ Ht. and 40″ Dia x 14″ Ht. Rubber Packers are with steel rings moulded at the bottom of each side. These are used in Diverter Valve Packers with a pressure rating of 150 psi. They are made of Nitrile Rubber of 70+/-5° A hardness.
Split/Solid Type Packers are made of approx. 26″ Dia x 14″ Ht. They are used in Riser Tensioner Systems mostly used of Floaters. They come in Split as well as Solid Type. Their pressure rating is 150 psi. They are made of Nitrile Rubber of 70+ / -5° A Hardness bonded with steel rings and 2 ‘O’ Rings for proper sealing.
