Diyak Ltd. pressed Steel Protectors are made from 3mm thick E.D.D. QUALITY Steel sheets and machined with precision using CNC machines.
The Pressed Steel Thread Protectors then undergo Manganese Phosphating & Dehydrating to make them rust free.
Manganese Phosphating a hot Phosphating process adopted by Diyak Ltd reduces galling, improves adhesion of thread compound & prevents steel to steel contact which helps protect functional properties of thread ends.
Hot Phosphating is just one more reason why Diyak Ltd. pressed Steel Thread Protectors are more preferred by the customers.
